This is a real horseback journey to Kel Suu Lake, not a quick drive-by. You’ll ride 5–6 hours a day, cross mountain landscapes, and experience Kyrgyz nomadic life with meals and nights in yurt camps and shepherd yurts.

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Naryn – Ak Muz – Bosogo Gorge Riding 5–6h

Morning transfer from Naryn to Ak Muz by car. Meet horses and horsemen. Start riding towards Bosogo Gorge. Lunch on the way in a shepherd’s yurt. Dinner and overnight in a yurt camp.

Day 2: To Kol Tor Lake Riding 5–6h

Breakfast at the yurt camp. Continue riding to Kol Tor Lake. Lunch in a shepherd’s yurt. Arrival to the yurt camp, dinner, overnight.

Day 3: To Archaluu Summer Pasture Riding 5–6h

Breakfast. Ride to the Archaluu summer pasture. Lunch or picnic on the way (shepherd’s yurt). Dinner and overnight by a shepherd’s yurt.

Day 4: To the Chatyr Tash Area Riding 5–6h

Breakfast. Continue riding to the Chatyr Tash area. Lunch or picnic on the way. Dinner and overnight by a shepherd’s yurt.

Day 5: Kel Suu Lake Riding 5–6h

Breakfast. Ride to Kel Suu Lake. Lunch or picnic on the way. Overnight in a guest house or yurt camp with dinner.

Day 6: Return to Naryn Transfer

Breakfast. Transfer back to Naryn.

Do I need riding experience?
